Franki
Assistant
Franki loves being a part of creating beautiful smiles for all our patients, especially those who have not enjoyed smiling for a while. She finds it personally rewarding for a patient to feel proud of their smile and regain confidence. Since 2008, Franki has continued to expand her dental knowledge and looks forward to learning new techniques and procedures to advance patient care. “Working with this team and our patients is amazing. I have always enjoyed being able to say with a smile, I LOVE MY JOB!”
On the weekends, you can catch Franki out by the pool, beach, or theme park—she is a self-proclaimed Harry Potter nerd! Most of her time is spent with her large loving family, but if we are asking about her true joy and happiness, that comes in the form of her adorable mini dachshund named Cooper!
Gabby

Dental Assistant
Originally born in Brazil, Gabby moved to St. Petersburg, Florida in when she was seven years old. With more than 12 years of experience as a dental assistant, she found a great interest within the dental field and the importance in continuing to expand her knowledge through trainings, expanded functions, and radiology certifications. Gabby not only loves helping patients with their smile, but she enjoys building relationships. “Our team takes the time to listen and understand our patients’ needs and in turn, we put the same amount of care and time into their treatment and end result.”
Gabby loves movies, concerts, and traveling. Her goal is to visit 20 to 30 countries throughout her lifetime. She has two wonderful dogs, her babies, George (curious George) and Benny (and the Jets).
Rachel
Hygienist
Rachel has always shared a passion for her dental hygiene profession and commitment to providing quality care to patients. After earning her Dental Hygiene licensure in 2010, she had the opportunity to work within several specialty practices thus expanding her knowledge and experience in the latest advancements in dental technologies and techniques.
Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children on our gorgeous Florida beaches and parks.
Marcia
Hygienist
Marcia loves being able to provide our patients with preventive hygiene care and education as well as welcoming and building relationships with new patients into the practice. She earned her dental hygiene degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1988 and started working at Countryside Oaks Dental in 1990. “Everyone here has a common goal of helping our patients achieve optimal oral health and it’s so much fun to work with people who are like family!”
Marcia is married to an amazing man and together they have two awesome boys. Her eldest son is at USF and youngest at East Lake High School. They also have an Australian labradoodle who loves everyone!
Terri
Assistant
Terri began her dental assisting career in 1973, working with her father at his dental office while still in high school. Terri enjoys helping patients daily through improving and maintaining their dental health, as well as ensuring they receive the best and most comfortable care. It has been, and still is, a wonderful career that she truly loves. “Dr. Castellanos and our team are compassionate and highly skilled. We all truly care about our patients and each other. It is a pleasure to be a part of this team.”
Terri has been married to her high school sweetheart, Randy, for more than 49 years. They have three sons, nine wonderful grandsons, two beautiful granddaughters, and one great granddaughter on the way! Terri enjoys spending time with family, her sweet dog, and Florida’s beautiful beach sunsets.
Tracee
Practice Coordinator
Originally from Miami, Tracee has been in the Tampa Bay area and in dentistry since 1993. She enjoys building relationships with our patients and helping in any way she can. “It’s great to work in an environment with fun and caring people.”
Outside of work, Tracee loves spending time in the outdoors with family.
Nicolle
Practice Coordinator
Nicolle is our born and raised Aussie! Originally from Brisbane, Australia, she moved to the US in 2005. After having lived in Key West for seven years where her career in the dental industry started, she moved to Clearwater in 2011. With more than 30 years of experience in customer service, Nicolle has found great joy in assisting patients in the treatment plan phase to achieve their desired smile.
On weekends, you’ll find her and her husband Koby riding the country roads on their Harley motorcycles, as well as spending quality time with her two sons, Brady and Timmy. Her other loves include her dogs Diesel and Pixie and several tropical birds.
