Dental Assistant

Franki is an elite dental assistant with over 16 years of experience, renowned for her exceptional hand skills and meticulous attention to detail. Her ability to perform intricate and highly precise dental work ensures that every restoration is seamless, every procedure is efficient, and every smile is crafted with excellence. Her finesse in handling delicate dental techniques sets her apart, making her an invaluable asset in any clinical setting.

Dedicated to continuous learning, Franki proudly graduated from the University of Florida’s extended dental program, earning the credentials to place fillings with expert precision. This advanced training, combined with her deep understanding of modern dental technology, allows her to deliver treatments with both accuracy and artistry. In addition to her technical expertise, Franki is cross-trained in both front and back office operations, ensuring a smooth, high-quality patient experience from start to finish.

Beyond her clinical skills, Franki is passionate about patient comfort and care. She thrives on making every visit as stress-free and positive as possible, blending warmth, professionalism, and technical mastery to transform smiles while fostering lasting patient relationships.

Outside the office, Franki enjoys soaking up the Florida sun, exploring theme parks, and indulging in great TV shows and movies. At home, she cherishes quality time with her adorable son and her lovable wiener dog, Cooper.

Nicolle

Dental Assistant

Nicolle is a passionate and experienced dental professional from Australia, with over 15 years in the industry. Starting as a dental assistant, she transitioned into her current role as a Treatment Coordinator, where she draws on her extensive background in customer service—spanning more than 25 years. Her focus is on building strong relationships with patients, guiding them through their treatment journey, and educating them on the best options for their dental health.

One of the most fulfilling aspects of her career is witnessing the life-changing transformation of patients’ smiles, as they leave her care with newfound confidence. Outside of dentistry, Nicolle is an avid traveler, having visited over 15 countries, and looks forward to exploring even more of the world with her husband and son. When not globetrotting, she finds peace in the mountains, which is one of her favorite getaways.

Tracee

Practice Coordinator

Originally from Miami, Tracee has called the Tampa Bay area home since 1993 and has been dedicated to the field of dentistry ever since. For over five years, she has been a crucial part of our practice, bringing warmth, expertise, and a genuine commitment to patient care. She truly enjoys connecting with new patients and helping them navigate their treatment plans, ensuring they feel informed and supported every step of the way. Working alongside a team of fun and compassionate professionals makes her role especially fulfilling.

Outside of work, Tracee enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, embracing nature and creating cherished memories together.

Yuli

Hygiene Coordinator

Originally from Arizona, she has had the opportunity to live in multiple cities, now back in Florida she enjoying everything this beautiful state has to offer.

She began her journey in dentistry in 2019 as a dental assistant before transitioning to the front office. With a passion for patient care and office efficiency, she is always looking for ways to grow, streamline processes, and contribute to a positive work environment. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where patients feel valued, and the team feels supported.

On weekends, you’ll find her soaking up the sun at Florida’s beautiful beaches, and spending time with friends and family.

Amy

Office Operations

With 27 years of experience in the dental field, Amy is an invaluable part of our team, bringing exceptional expertise in both clinical care and front office operations. Whether assisting chairside or coordinating patient care, she ensures every individual feels welcomed, informed, and confident in their treatment. Her ability to seamlessly navigate both the front and back office makes her an essential part of what makes our practice thrive.

Amy’s true passion lies in changing lives through the power of a smile. She understands that every smile is unique and takes pride in crafting beautiful, natural-looking results tailored to each patient. With highly developed hand skills and outstanding precision, she performs at an elite level, ensuring that every restoration, adjustment, and procedure is executed with care and excellence.

Her dedication to patient comfort, education, and personalized care transforms each visit into a positive and uplifting experience. Amy believes that a healthy, radiant smile can restore confidence, enhance self-esteem, and improve overall well-being, and she is passionate about making that a reality for every patient she meets.

Outside of the office, Amy enjoys soaking up the Florida sun and kayaking through its beautiful waters. She also loves spending time with her adorable puppy, embracing every moment with the same joy and warmth she brings to our patients.

Marcia

Hygienist

Marcia loves being able to provide our patients with preventive hygiene care and education as well as welcoming and building relationships with new patients into the practice. She earned her dental hygiene degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1988 and started working at Countryside Oaks Dental in 1990. “Everyone here has a common goal of helping our patients achieve optimal oral health and it’s so much fun to work with people who are like family!”

Marcia is married to an amazing man and together they have two awesome boys. Her eldest son is at USF and youngest at East Lake High School. They also have an Australian labradoodle who loves everyone!

Saidy

Oral Surgery and General Dentistry

Originally from Colombia, Saidy has proudly called the USA home for the past 15 years. With a decade of experience in the dental field, she has had the privilege of working in both oral surgery and general dentistry, developing a heightened sense of care and precision when treating surgical patients. Her advanced training in IV and oral sedation procedures allows her to assist in complex treatments while ensuring patients feel as calm and comfortable as possible.

Passionate about continual learning and professional growth, Saidy stays up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry to provide the highest level of care. Her greatest fulfillment comes from helping patients overcome their fears, guiding them through each procedure with reassurance, and ensuring they feel confident in their treatment.

Beyond the dental office, Saidy enjoys exploring nature, particularly birdwatching and capturing beautiful moments through photography. For relaxation, there’s nothing better than soaking up the sun on Florida’s beaches, embracing the peace and serenity of the ocean.

Terri

Assistant

Terri began her dental assisting career in 1973, working with her father at his dental office while still in high school. Terri enjoys helping patients daily through improving and maintaining their dental health, as well as ensuring they receive the best and most comfortable care. It has been, and still is, a wonderful career that she truly loves. “Dr. Castellanos and our team are compassionate and highly skilled. We all truly care about our patients and each other. It is a pleasure to be a part of this team.”

Terri has been married to her high school sweetheart, Randy, for more than 49 years. They have three sons, nine wonderful grandsons, two beautiful granddaughters, and one great granddaughter on the way! Terri enjoys spending time with family, her sweet dog, and Florida’s beautiful beach sunsets.
